TeleWare Mobile provides true convergence of fixed and mobile networks with common and seamless switching of calls on both your business mobiles and fixed-line corporate infrastructure. One switching system with a wide choice of handset types.

TeleWare Mobile, a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO), offers a range of unique, high value services specifically designed for business use. TeleWare Mobile routes calls through a seamless core for both fixed-line and mobile calls and data, saving money by applying call routing appropriate to your business’s own profile.

Ease of access to the company’s corporate telephony applications and the ability to reach users on a single number increases productivity and improves customer service.

TeleWare Mobile provides control, connectivity and integration of unified communications applications, all from the mobile phone - the device of choice.

Flexible Delivery

TeleWare Mobile can be scalable from one to many thousands of users and can be integrated into the customer’s existing infrastructure or provided as a hosted service on a pay-as-you-use basis.

How It Works

Simply replace the SIM card in your business mobile phones with a TeleWare SIM card and you are ready to go. There is no software on the handset and no on-site hardware.

With TeleWare Mobile, all mobile calls are handled by the same switching core as the calls on your office extensions, IP or legacy handsets, whether using an on-premise PBX or a hosted telephony service. Convergence can be delivered for overseas calls when roaming, using home routing/call back in over 320 countries.

All calls to and from mobiles are routed via the TeleWare data centre. As an option, calls can automatically access applications on the platform, such as call recording, conferencing and inbound call management.
