This solution removes the high costs of purchase, installation and management associated with dedicated traditional call recording solutions and means that call recording can be cost effective for a small numbers of users. Where customers prefer an on-premise solution, we can provide that too.

Total Flexibility

With the TeleWare Call Recording service you can record your calls wherever you are and whatever landline or mobile you’re using. The solution can be configured so that all calls are recorded automatically or you can allow key staff to record their calls as and when they choose, just by pressing the * key during a call.

Our standard call recording service, suited to most business use, can be enhanced with secure and encrypted recording features and we have a hosted call recording service that meets the requirements for Financial Services regulatory compliance.

Where calls are recorded on demand using our normal business-class service, the recordings are delivered to a designated email address as a wav file. In all other cases, recordings are retrieved using the service’s web interface.
