The Proposition
TeleWare Call Recording offers true independence.
Our Call Recording will work as an on-premise solution or from the cloud with any of our Hosted Communications solutions: IP Centrex, IVR, SIP Trunking, Private Mobile Extension and TeleWare Mobile. Premise-based or Trunk-based Call Recorders are, typically, not able to offer call recording for devices that are not connected to the PBX which eliminates the remote work force. Our Call Recording offers true device and network independence.
How It Works
Record All
When choosing Record All, calls to IP Centrex Extensions, IVR's, Private Mobile Extensions, TeleWare Mobiles and Intelligent Numbers will be recorded and will be stored on the platform. All calls are recorded automatically.
Business Call Recording On Demand
Any Inbound or Outbound calls that pass through the platform can be recorded. This means calls that are delivered to or from IP Centrex Extensions, Private Mobile Extensions and TeleWare Mobiles can be recorded 'On Demand' by pressing the star key at any point during the call. For IVRs, this is only applicable for calls that use queuing.
For Intelligent Numbers all inbound calls to the number can be recorded; for outbound calls, an access number needs to be dialled so that the call will traverse the Hosted Platform.
Business, Secure & Encrypted
Business Call Recording
What is it?
Flexibility to record calls wherever and on whatever device you are working from. Files are sent to a nominated email account as a .wav file.
