Telephony applications and IP Centrex services can be delivered to your premises in a number of different ways to match your particular circumstances.
Broadband
IP Telephony services can be delivered from our Hosted platform to your premises over a standard broadband internet connection. Where broadband access is already available, this method removes the need for any additional line rental or on-site hardware and is often adequate for the home worker or small business.
Managed IP Network Connection
For sites with higher call volumes and requiring a connection class of service guarantee a managed IP connection is recommended, able to ensure the Service Levels required for the business.
SIP Trunking
SIP Trunking yields significantly lower capital and has lower ongoing operating costs than traditional business site connectivity. Moreover, it enables you to cost-effectively deploy rich telephony application services, either as IP Extension services or on your existing IP or TDM based telephony switch architecture.
Traditionally, your PBX would be connected to the public telephone network (PSTN) via an ISDN line or analogue connection. As an alternative to this approach, SIP Trunks can be used to connect your site(s) into TeleWare highly resilient data centres and onto the PSTN.
The TeleWare SIP Trunking solutions are provided from our existing high quality multi tenancy platforms in London Docklands and Heathrow and can be delivered, complete with a feature rich set of applications, in a resilient and redundant architecture. Application support from the hosted communications platform provides resilience and rerouting options to enrich the SIP Trunking offering and ensure that the services delivered to customers meet the business requirements for continuous communications.
According to Gartner analyst Robert Mason, "The ability to share concurrent call capacity across the enterprise can save significantly for distributed sites with fractional PRI requirements. Customers with a high concentration of intra-enterprise traffic will have the highest savings, with the option of bundling local traffic where coverage is available."
