You may wish to retain an existing telephone number for a service being migrated to IP Centrex, particularly if the number is easily identifiable or well known. TeleWare is able to arrange for existing numbers to be ported for use with IP Extension services.

Number Provision

Through our strategic partner relationships, TeleWare is able to supply a wide range of geographic and non-geographic telephone numbers for use with our IP Centrex services and Hosted Communications applications.

Competitive Call Rates

When a call is made through our switch, we can select the carrier that is the most cost effective and route accordingly (Least Cost Routing), therefore ensuring you receive highly competitive call rates. Traditional PSTN carriers require multiple switches positioned throughout the country and calls are charged by distance, e.g. 0-50km and 50-100km prices (pence per minute). Within the IP Centrex solution these charges do not apply, making TeleWare’s rates highly competitive.

TeleWare are a PSTN carrier in our own right. This means that, even if you’re not using our IP Centrex service and Hosted Communications applications, you can still route your outgoing calls through our platform to take advantage of our highly competitive call rates for phone line rental and outbound calls.
