What It Is

Voicemail Advance comprises a mailbox for the storage and management of voice messages associated with a TeleWare Mobile SIM or BlackBerry SIM. Access is direct from your TeleWare Mobile by dialling a short code access number and can be password protected.

What’s Special About It

With Voicemail Advance you will benefit from the ability to store up to 100 messages at any one time, as well as the option to record 3 different greetings and enhance security through addition of a password which is required before entry to your voicemail is possible.

How It Works

The mailbox will receive voicemail upon divert, no answer, busy or no reply and when you are busy, the mobile can be set up to divert all calls to voicemail.

To ensure callers know whose mobile they are leaving a message on, you can record your own personalised outgoing message. Options include the ability to set up a Daily Greeting or an Absence Greeting (to cover holidays, etc.) as well as a default greeting when no other is set.

Messages are stored in the mailbox for review and, after listening, messages are automatically saved indefinitely, unless manually deleted. As soon as the 101st message is recorded then the first message will be automatically deleted.

To help you to identify who is calling, your message playback is preceded by date, time and sender information (if known), unless overridden by the user.

Options are available for SMS alerts to be sent to your mobile to enable you to rapidly respond to left messages or an email can be sent to your designated inbox indicating that a new voicemail has arrived. There is a further option to have the voicemail attached to the email notification as a multimedia attachment (.wav) so that it can be accessed using your mobile phone or speakers on your PC/laptop.
