TMC is a fully compliant service that enables organisations to record voice calls and SMS messages without the complexity and risks associated with third party mobile software.
A Simple and Elegant Solution
Users simply replace the SIM card in their business mobile phones with a TeleWare SIM card and are ready to go. All calls and texts to and from their mobiles are routed and recorded within the network.
Calls made to or from any mobile fitted with a TeleWare SIM are automatically routed via the TeleWare platform, captured by our call recording hardware before being delivered to the destination number.
Security can be further enhanced by encrypting the call. A unique capability and strength of the solution is that encryption is applied during the actual recording process using the customer's own unique 2048 bit RSA signing and encryption keys.
TeleWare Mobile integrates fixed and mobile telephony in the core, delivering telephony applications usually associated with fixed telephony on the mobile handset. TeleWare Mobile provides the business with control and common functionality across the entire enterprise voice estate, making mobile part of the corporate estate with no need for new technology, mobile clients, WiFi or any special hardware deployment.
