The Proposition

Telephony on demand, deploying IP services rapidly over your existing or our newly provided DSL or IP connection to a authorised set of IP handsets andsoft phones. Because the IP telephpny services are delivered from the TeleWare hosted data centres in the cloud they are resilient and provide full system redundancy plus they have access to a wide range of telephony services surpassing that found in many standard PBXs today.

How it Works

Intelligent eXchange is the heart of TeleWare's IP telephony services and provides a full range of PBX features form the cloud to registered SIP handsets and soft phones over business class DSL or Ethernet WAN connections to. the TeleWare Intelligent eXchange IP telephony services.

Bring your calls to all your designated devices

Deliver your calls in serial to your designated devices

Hunt Groups
Deliver calls to a team of users

Cascading Hunt Groups
Deliver calls to multiple teams of users

Call Park
Place your current call on hold and allow another user to retrieve that call from another extension. The call is parked onto one of a number of predefined park positions.

Camp On
A caller can wait off-hook for an extension to become free for up to 60 seconds, if the extension number you have called is busy.

Retrieve Parked Call
Another person can retrieve that a call from its parked position by entering that position. A user goes to the extension they wish to collect the a call from and dials the relevant codetheir device of choice.

Direct Access to Voicemail
A quick method of sending aSend voicemail message to another your colleague via the user number.

Divert
Diverts can be activated i:
- Immediately,
- On no reply,
- On busy or on both
- On busy and no reply

Ring Back
Issues a request to be called back when ana busy extension that you are ringing becomes free., if the extension you have called is busy.
