The Proposition

Imagine being able to carry all the capabilities of your normal office phone around with you when out of the office. Mobile phones are great at holding our regular contacts so we can readily call them but generally lack the features found on an office phone system. Business Anywhere solves this by empowering your mobile with the features available on an office extension. And, of course, it comes with one number, one voicemail, one bill – just as you’d expect.

But Business Anywhere goes much further by including a raft of business features in your standard tariff as well as offering a range of add-ons for the more demanding business scenarios.

Business Anywhere tariffs all include on-demand call recording so you can capture what was said whenever you need. The Audio Conferencing feature lets you enjoy multi-way calls without incurring set-up charges or premium call rates. With Business Anywhere, we’ll even email you a link to your voicemail so you never miss those important messages again.

Our Tariffs

Bundled tariffs have inclusive minutes, data and texts, with surprisingly low out-of-bundle rates. Of course, you’ll save your company money by making ‘external’ calls from your mobile at normal UK and International landline rates.

But that’s just the start. With access to the features supported by your office phone you’ll be more productive and be able to offer better support to your customers. We’ve come up with a range of tariffs and bundles to meet most people’s requirements but, if you can’t see just what you want, talk to us about our bespoke packages.

How It Works

Select a tariff based on your anticipated number of minutes, data and texts. We invoice you based on a simple monthly fee plus charges for additional application usage. You can move up or down the bundle tariffs if your requirements change - subject to contract.

We allocate you a mobile number plus a fixed line local or national number, as required. We port your existing numbers for you, if needed.

We ship a TeleWare Mobile SIM to you to place in your handset of choice or, if required, we can assist you with the purchase of a new handset.

Your handset is enabled with fixed applications for Voicemail Advance, Notification by Email and/or SMS, On Demand Call Recording and Audio Conferencing.

You can select as many as you like of the additional optional add-ons for Secure Call Recording, Encrypted Call Recording, Sharing Calls within a Team, Auto Attendant, IVR and Softphone

Feature Description Benefit
Multiple Numbers You’ll get a new mobile number (or you can transfer your existing number) to use with your new SIM. Option to have multiple numbers directed to your mobile. User convenience.
If you already have a landline number for business calls (local or national) you can answer those calls on your mobile too, if you choose.
Voicemail Advance All voicemail for your mobile and landline calls are handled together. The option to set a daily or holiday period greeting in addition to a default. Saves valuable time not managing multiple mailboxes.
System more informative for callers
Notification by Email User can choose to be automatically emailed when they receive a new voice message. Ensures you never miss a message.
On-Demand Call Recording Just press the star key at any time during a call and the whole call will be recorded and sent to your chosen email address. Keep a record of important conversations to refer to later.
Audio Conferencing With Conferencing included in your TeleWare Mobile tariff and no set up charges or premium call charges to worry about, is there really any excuse not to have those virtual meetings! Improves productivity.

Secure Call Recording & SMS Audit All calls automatically recorded and held for 185 days in secure TeleWare data centre and only accessible via a secure web interface. Mitigate risk.
All storage is tamper evident.
FSA Compliance
Encrypted Call Recording & SMS Audit Enhanced version of Secure Call Recording using 2048 bit RSA signing and encryption. The system ensures no-one else can decrypt your recordings.
Sharing Calls within a Team Just set up the phone numbers for your team and its members, in the order you’d like us to try them. Every time someone calls your team we’ll try each number until the call is answered Being part of a team and answering your share of calls.
Never miss a call.
Auto Attendant All calls are answered promptly with your personalised greeting and callers prompted to choose the department or function they require (fully configurable by you). For each menu option you can set up a list of numbers to try, ensuring that callers always reach the best available person. Even the small business user with few staff out and about on their mobiles all day can project that ‘big company’ image.
Supports different call flow or pre-recorded announcement for out-of-hours service.
IVR A more powerful version of the option above enhancing the call management capabilities to include call queuing, routing on the caller’s number or the number dialled and the ability to deliver calls to multiple handsets simultaneously. Handle incoming calls on mobiles as part of your call distribution.
Maintain your corporate identity.
Softphone This software application runs on your PC or laptop and is used with a headset to provide a fully functional telephone using the same number as your mobile. A useful alternative to using your mobile if working from home and on a long conference call, for example.
