Measure Effective Use of Advertising

The venue marketing team needs to be able to justify and optimise advertising spend and make budget spend decisions based on marketing effectiveness. Using telephone response based statistics, we are able to track and report on resulting sales enquiries. This allows more effective management of campaigns, reducing misplaced advertising spend. The TeleWare solution uses the caller’s telephone number (CLI) in determining how the call should be handled, tracking which regions or advertising routes-to-market are most effective. By allocating a different telephone number to each campaign, call volumes generated by each campaign can be measured and budget share prioritised, ongoing, on the campaign types achieving the best return on investment. Where required, callers could be presented with a local menu and their call routed based on their choices. Reporting can be supplied in greater detail, based on callers’ choices, for example, calling regarding a particular area, such as hospitality, or a specific event.
