Business Agility

Business Agility

TeleWare applications offer the productivity benefits of unified communications across any telecoms infrastructure. A consistent feature set and user interface can be maintained, even though the underlying network may be undergoing significant change and increased complexity due to a mix of different vendors with TDM and/or IP PBXs or hosted telephony services.

The TeleWare solution also enables a single dial plan to be implemented across the customer’s telephony estate.

Cost Reduction

Cost Reduction

Mobility and flexible working will become increasingly important as organisations seek ways to reduce overhead costs, such as reductions in expensive city centre office space. In addition to increasing flexible working to reduce office accommodation costs, organisations will be seeking other viable ways to reduce overhead costs.

TeleWare services can cut the cost of calls made from mobile phones whilst on the company’s premises by implementing a private mobile network and routing over via the corporate WAN or PSTN links so calls are free or charged at landline rates.

When off-site, calls from staff mobiles can take advantage of least cost routing using the TeleWare Mobile Office application to route mobile calls via the corporate network.

TeleWare conferencing application enables telephone conferencing with no set-up charge per conference and no premium call charges per conference participant.

TeleWare applications can be provided as a hosted service on a monthly pay-as-you-go charge as an alternative to capital expenditure.

FSA Regulations

Compliance with New FSA Regulations

The TeleWare Call Recoding application is able to record calls when staff are off-site and using a mobile phone or landline (such as their home telephone) without requiring specialist equipment at each remote location. Calls can be selectively recorded on-demand or all calls can be recorded automatically.

The on-demand recording option captures the whole call, even if invoked part way through a call. User access to recordings is available via voicemail or online via a secure browser interface. The TeleWare service also handles faxes.

From March 2009, firms have had to record all telephone conversations and electronic communications involving client orders for the equity, bond and derivatives markets and retain the files for six months.
