Vemotion is part of the TeleWare Group of companies created in 1991 and has been developing low bandwidth video solutions since 2005. The Vemotion solutions are fully integrated with the TeleWare Private Mobile Networks solutions enabling low bandwidth video over private GSM networks.
Vemotion provides Wireless Video transmission, encoding and streaming live video over low bitrate networks such as wireless GSM/GPRS and radio networks.
Live Streamed TV
In 2003 Vemotion was the first company to deliver live streamed TV over H.264 to 2.5G. Vemotion is best known for providing its high-quality, live and pre-recorded video streaming for Channel 4 and Big Brother 5.
Security and Monitoring
In 2005 Vemotion began to provide solution with the ability to capture live video and transmit from almost any location around the world using wireless video transmission. All without investing in costly infrastructure or equipment. Remote Video Deployment
In 2009 Vemotion extended its product range to include the remote deployment unit and remote encoders. This addresses the demand for service availability at times of crisis and assists in providing video data for accurate and timely decision making. Video and voice communications can be delivered within the locality without any dependency on the normal fixed line or mobile network services. This enables swift contact between emergency personnel, avoiding problems due to lack of communications.
