TeleWare solutions are horizontally aligned, providing cost and performance benefits for facilities mangers, IT managers, personnel departments and financial directors.

The TeleWare Group of companies has been set up to provide a variety of routes to market and a choice of service delivery type to ensure that each market segment is fully and effectively supported. The TeleWare products can be utilised by the full spectrum of enterprise customers from the 1-10 small end of the market right through to the large multi nationals.

Small and Medium Business

TeleWare has utilised the cost advantages of hosted applications and IP Centrex extensions to provide both IP Telephony (VoIP) services and business applications on existing PBXs to small businesses. Packaged solutions, providing the services, applications, network and on-premise equipment, are delivered through TT-Office to our accredited sales partners, offering the small business the same feature rich functionality on a cost-per-month basis as provided to the large corporate. Key products such as the Auto Attendant package have been modified specifically for the small business market to ensure easy-to-use interfaces and low cost of entry.

Service Providers

The TeleWare multi-tenanted hosted platform delivers value added services complete with service provider enhanced features such as billing, reporting and auto-provisioning capabilities. These services provide a feature rich but highly economic and financially flexible solution for the service provider seeking to deploy communications applications and IP Telephony services from their own platform.

Medium and Large Business

For the medium and large enterprise, TeleWare provides focused applications that are designed to be part of Business Messaging, Business Continuity, Mobile and Flexible Working and Migration and Consolidation solutions. TeleWare provides our applications to medium and large corporate customers through accredited system integrator partners, supported by a TeleWare direct touch sales team. We are able to provide our telephony applications in a variety of ways to meet differing customers’ requirements - as on-premises products, as managed services and as hosted services. Our offices in the UK, New Zealand and Australia provide support for these offerings.
