Paul Millar joined TeleWare as a Software Developer in September 1996, to develop and implement new bespoke telephony based applications. In 2001, Paul joined the Board of TeleWare Plc as Development Director heavily involved in all aspects of application development, as well as managing the Development Team. During this period Paul helped the department to implement development processes and procedures, resulting in the company achieve the TickIT element of the ISO 9000:2000 standard. In 2009 Paul assumed responsibility for Technical and Services providing top level management for the help desk, customer services and testing of TeleWare products. Paul continues to have major involvement in the technical side of the business, as well as now being responsible for the Customer Services Team and management and delivery of services on the TeleWare Hosted platforms.
