Paul Millar joined TeleWare as a Software Developer in September 1996, to develop and implement new bespoke telephony based applications.

In 2001, Paul joined the Board of TeleWare Plc as Development Director and continues to be heavily involved in all aspects of application development, as well as managing the Development Team. Paul has helped the department to implement development processes and procedures, resulting in the company achieve the TickIT element of the ISO 9000:2000 standard.
