Jill Hopkins has been working with TeleWare Plc since 1995. As Customer Service Director, she provides strong technical support for TeleWare customers in both EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Jill manages a highly skilled team of around 30 staff, ranging from help desk agents and technical consultants to trainers, project managers and engineers.

Her responsibilities include customer support for organisations using TeleWare’s fully fault tolerant systems which are covered by Telco grade uptime guarantees.
